Job Summary

Minimum of 8 plus years of experience in IT industry. Banking Financial services or Insurance sector with exposure in the IT delivery projects

Should have strong knowledge in E2E Testing Process (Test Plan RTM Defect Life cycle Test Closure Daily Test Reports) Testing Concepts (Smoke System Regression Bug retest Risk based testing etc. )

Should have good hands on experience on all the phases of Testing Life Cycle (Requirement Analysis Test Desing Test Execution Test Closure)


Responsibilities

Minimum of 8 plus years of experience in IT industry. Banking Financial services or Insurance sector with exposure in the IT delivery projects

Should have strong knowledge in E2E Testing Process (Test Plan RTM Defect Life cycle Test Closure Daily Test Reports) Testing Concepts (Smoke System Regression Bug retest Risk based testing etc. )

Should have good hands on experience on all the phases of Testing Life Cycle (Requirement Analysis Test Desing Test Execution Test Closure)

Should have minimum 3+ years of experience in Insurance domain

Should have minimal hands on for any of coding based test automation tools (Selenium with Java JavaScript BDD Cucumber etc. )

Should have good communication skills to interact with stakeholders at different geo.

Should be proactive and efficient to handle a project individually without any dependency.

Exposure to and basic hands on experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT GHCP etc.

Knowledge of Agile Methodology software development

Exposure to North America Insurance market is highly preferable

Experience with RPA tool like UiPath or similar is preferable

Well developed decision making and problem solving capabilities. Familiarity with Business Analysis tools or Process engineering

Basics of project management and works on tools like JIRA Azure dev ops etc.
