Job Summary
- DATA:The TL-Loan Originations role requires a seasoned professional with 8 to 10 years of experience in loan processing and origination. The candidate will utilize their expertise in MS Excel to streamline operations and improve efficiency. This role is office-based with night shifts focusing on enhancing the loan origination process and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the loan origination process to ensure timely and accurate completion of applications.
- Utilize MS Excel to analyze and interpret data providing insights to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with underwriting teams to ensure all loan applications meet regulatory requirements.
- Develop strategies to enhance the loan origination workflow reducing processing time and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends and implement best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of loan origination systems.
- Provide training and support to junior staff fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations minimizing risk and protecting the companys reputation.
- Conduct regular audits of loan files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Implement quality control measures to enhance the reliability of loan processing.
- Facilitate communication between departments to resolve any issues related to loan origination.
- Drive initiatives to improve customer experience focusing on transparency and efficiency.
- Lead efforts to optimize the use of technology in loan origination leveraging MS Excel for data management.
Qualifications
- Possess strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel essential for data-driven decision making.
- Demonstrate expertise in loan origination and underwriting processes ensuring compliance and efficiency.
