Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Specialist in Insurance Claims where you will leverage your expertise in customer service and domain knowledge to enhance our claims processing efficiency. With a focus on Property & Casualty Insurance you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze insurance claims to determine the validity and coverage ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline claims processing and improve customer service outcomes.
  • Utilize domain expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance to assess complex claims and provide accurate resolutions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on claim status.
  • Implement strategies to reduce claim processing time while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Monitor claim trends and provide insights to management for process improvement and risk mitigation.
  • Ensure all claims are processed in a timely manner adhering to established guidelines and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of claims and customer interactions for future reference and audits.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry changes and enhance personal skill set.
  • Contribute to team meetings and discussions to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Support the development of new policies and procedures to improve claims handling efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate new technologies that enhance claims processing capabilities.


    Qualifications

  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and resolve complex insurance claims.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Possess a solid understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance enhancing claim assessment accuracy.
  • Show proficiency in customer service ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Display adaptability to rotational shifts and hybrid work environments.
  • Have a keen eye for detail to maintain precise records and documentation.
  • Be proactive in learning and applying new industry trends and technologies.
