• Build, execute, and maintain mobile app automation suites for native and hybrid applications across iOS and Android platforms.
• Execute cross‑device and cross‑platform automated testing using BrowserStack for real device coverage.
• Build and execute API test automation for backend and integration services.
• Integrate web, mobile, and API automated tests into GitLab CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.
• Collaborate with Software Engineers, Product Managers, and QE partners to define quality requirements and ensure appropriate test coverage.
• Investigate automation failures, identify root causes, and continuously improve test reliability and execution stability.
• Maintain automation documentation, test data, environment configurations, and execution standards.
• Advocate for automation best practices, shift‑left testing, and testability improvements across Agile teams.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in test automation or SDET roles.
• Strong hands‑on experience with TypeScript.
• Proven experience with WebdriverIO for mobile app automation.
• Hands‑on experience automating iOS and Android applications (native and/or hybrid).
• Experience using BrowserStack for cross‑device and cross‑platform mobile testing.
• Proven expertise using Playwright for modern web UI automation.
• Experience with API test automation for RESTful services.
• Solid understanding of Git and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of testing fundamentals, automation strategies, and Agile development practices.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience testing large‑scale, customer‑facing mobile and web applications.
• Familiarity with Linux‑based test execution environments.
• Experience with cross‑browser, cross‑device, and real‑device testing strategies.
• Exposure to mobile test execution at scale in CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with accessibility, performance, or reliability testing concepts
