About the role
As an Axiom Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst, you will make an impact by designing, implementing, and supporting regulatory reporting solutions using the AxiomSL ControllerView platform. You will be a valued member of the Banking & Financial Services Consulting team and will work collaboratively with clients, business stakeholders, data teams, and technology partners to enable accurate, timely, and compliant regulatory submissions.
In this role, you will:
- Lead requirements gathering and analysis for regulatory reports, translating regulatory instructions and business needs into functional and technical Axiom requirements
- Design, configure, and maintain AxiomSL ControllerView data models, mappings, rules, and reporting logic
- Perform detailed data analysis and validation across source systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
- Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and regression testing for new reports, enhancements, and regulatory changes
- Provide production support during regulatory reporting cycles and contribute to audit, governance, and documentation activities
What you must have to be considered
- Hands-on experience with AxiomSL ControllerView for regulatory reporting
- Strong knowledge of banking regulatory reporting frameworks (e.g., FR Y‑14, FR Y‑9C, FFIEC 031/041, 2052a, Basel, Liquidity reports)
- Solid SQL skills and experience performing data analysis and validation
- Understanding of financial data models, ETL processes, and core banking systems
- Experience working with Risk, Finance, Treasury, or Regulatory Reporting teams
These will help you succeed
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements across global regulators (e.g., Federal Reserve, OCC, FDIC, PRA, EBA, MAS)
- Strong understanding of banking products such as loans, deposits, securities, and derivatives
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work under tight regulatory deadlines
Work model
For hybrid roles

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days per week in a client or Cognizant office in Cracow, Poland.
