Skill: UX Designer – Native Mobile Application

We are looking for an experienced Senior Designer to lead UX and UI design for B2C mobile products across Android and iOS. This role will drive design from concept to final delivery, assist and guide two junior designers, and partner with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and impactful user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of complex B2C mobile experiences across Android and iOS platforms.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs for mobile applications.
- Manage, mentor, and review the work of two junior designers.
- Collaborate with product, business, development, and research teams to deliver effective design solutions.
- Present design recommendations with clarity and incorporate stakeholder feedback effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required. Candidates with a design degree is preferred.
- 7–9 years of relevant experience in UX and UI design and experience in mentoring junior designers is essential.
- Native design experience for Android and iOS is mandatory, along with hands-on work on native or hybrid applications across platforms.
- A design portfolio with mobile native project case studies is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of mobile design patterns, design systems, and accessibility standards.
- Proficiency in Figma and other standard design tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong experience in B2C product design for complex mobile applications (esp. In BFS / fintech domain), supported by a relevant portfolio.
- Experience designing complex mobile journeys and large-scale consumer-facing platforms.
- Previous consultancy experience is preferred.
- Experience working in cross-functional product teams within fast-paced delivery environments.
