A Team Manager is a senior-level leader who excels in a dynamic and demanding environment. This role requires someone who is highly self-motivated and takes the initiative to solve problems and grow professionally. You'll oversee multiple teams and lead other leaders, make quick decisions, and navigate complex operational challenges. A core responsibility is to develop a culture of continuous improvement for your teams and yourself, ensuring you're always ready to tackle new and varied challenges that arise in a fast-paced setting.
In this role, you will:
- Strategic Team Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple teams, coaching and mentoring Team Leads to ensure their teams meet and exceed performance targets.
- Operational Excellence: Implement and refine operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity across the entire managed group, with a strong focus on maximizing effectiveness within Sales Operations processes.
- High-Value Insights & Reporting: Analyse complex operational data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for growth. Provide high-value insights on performance, a compelling narrative, and actionable recommendations to Ops Managers in weekly and monthly business reviews, ensuring a deep understanding of Operations KPIs.
- Fast Decision-Making & Problem-Solving: Act as the final point of escalation for complex issues, making quick, informed decisions to mitigate risks and resolve problems effectively.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key liaison between Team Leads and senior leadership, translating high-level business goals into actionable plans for the teams.

What you need to have to be considered
· Bachelor’s degree
· Experience & Leadership: Management experience, with a proven track record of leading and developing other leaders. This role requires the ability to handle many people and multiple teams while maintaining a productive and high-achieving environment.
· Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: You'll have exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure. You must be proactive and solution-oriented when navigating complex operational challenges.
· Communication & Strategic Insight: You'll be skilled at translating high-level business goals into actionable plans for your teams. You'll also be responsible for delivering clear, high-value insights and compelling narratives to Ops Managers.
· Language Fluency: Advanced English and full professional fluency in Portuguese are essential.
· Technical Proficiency: You'll need strong skills in Google Sheets and Google Slides, with a solid understanding of data analysis and reporting

· Digital marketing certificate.
· Google Ads experience/knowledge.
· Executive Presence: You can command a room and present compelling business cases to senior leadership. You're a confident and articulate communicator who can represent your teams with authority.
· Strategic Vision: You possess the ability to see beyond the day-to-day and develop a long-term vision for your operational unit. You can identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency at scale.
· Conflict Resolution: You have a proven track record of successfully navigating and resolving complex interpersonal or operational conflicts between teams or individuals.
· Talent Development: You're skilled at identifying, coaching, and developing emerging leaders on your team. You have a passion for building robust leadership pipelines.
· High-Level Reporting: Experience in preparing and presenting comprehensive business reviews for senior management is a huge plus.
