Function: Advertising Ad Success & Campaign Optimization Support
Role Overview:
The Quality Auditor (QA) ensures delivery excellence across all AST workstreams, including Sponsored Ads, Display Advertising, and Programmatic Ads. The auditor evaluates output quality, identifies defects, ensures cadence compliance, and drives continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
· Review advertiser-ready outputs for accuracy, clarity, and SOP adherence.
· Audit adherence to reach out cadence for minimum advertiser outreach.
· Perform detailed Quality Audits across display advertising workflows, including DSP line items, targeting setups, budgets, pacing, creatives, and trafficking accuracy.
· Review display-based insights, optimization recommendations, and advertiser-ready outputs.
· Validate targeting configurations (audience segments, remarketing, lookalikes, contextual) for Display & DSP.
· Ensure accuracy of creative QA checks (spec compliance, ad policy adherence, creative mapping).
· Maintain defect taxonomy, scoring rubrics, and audit documentation.
Conduct RCA on Advertiser-related issues (Sponsored ads Optimization [Keywords, targeting etc.], inventory mismatch, pacing gaps, pixel misfires, attribution discrepancies).
· Ensure compliance with Ads (Sponsored & Display) SOPs and workflow standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
· Minimum 4+ years Quality Audit experience in Digital Marketing.
· Strong understanding of Sponsored & Display metrics: vCPM, Viewability, Frequency, CTR, CPC, Conversions, RoAS, ACoS, Budget Utilization.
· Experience auditing DSP, programmatic campaigns, or display ad trafficking.
· Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s / Postgraduate degree.
· Amazon Advertising and DSP experience is an added advantage.
