RPA Project Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced RPA Project Manager to plan, lead, and deliver technology initiatives within complex enterprise environments. This role provides the opportunity to work closely with clients, delivery teams, and senior stakeholders to manage end‑to‑end project delivery from initial ideation through to successful implementation, while ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. You will play a key role in driving delivery discipline, managing risk, and providing clear visibility into project health across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, scope, roles, and responsibilities in alignment with client and organisational goals.
• Plan and manage end‑to‑end project delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring milestones and dependencies are clearly defined.
• Identify resource requirements and manage the effective allocation of internal and third‑party resources.
• Develop, manage, and track project budgets, ensuring delivery within approved financial constraints.
• Execute delivery in line with agreed plans, proactively identifying and addressing risks, issues, and dependency impacts.
• Provide regular, clear status updates using RAG reporting, highlighting risks, challenges, and mitigation strategies.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and budget through effective change control and governance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure expectations are aligned and outcomes achieved.
• Support delivery across onshore and offshore teams, ensuring effective coordination and communication.
• Ensure compliance with client and organisational policies, including data security, privacy, and delivery standards.
• Review and support billing and financial reporting activities to ensure accurate commercial outcomes.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Program or Project Manager delivering enterprise‑scale technology initiatives.
• Experience working in automation or digital delivery environments (RPA, Low‑Code / No‑Code platforms advantage).
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability, with a proactive risk‑management mindset.
• Solid financial and commercial acumen, including budget management and cost tracking.
• Clear, confident communicator with strong negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Proven leadership capability, with experience leading cross‑functional delivery teams.
