Qualifications - - Possess strong expertise in Grafana Zabbix New Relic and Dynatrace with hands-on experience in configuring and managing these tools. - Demonstrate a solid understanding of infrastructure monitoring concepts and best practices. - Have experience in analyzing performance metrics and providing optimization recommendations. - Exhibit familiarity with the Media and Entertainment domain which is a nice-to-have skill for aligning solutions with industry-specific needs. - Showcase excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform root cause analysis effectively. - Display strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Bring a proactive approach to identifying and resolving system issues before they impact operations. - Demonstrate adaptability to rotational shifts and hybrid work models. - Possess a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 7 years of relevant experience in infrastructure monitoring and development. - Exhibit a commitment to staying updated with the latest monitoring technologies and trends. - Showcase the ability to document processes and configurations for operational consistency. 9.
