Job Summary : The Sr. Infra Developer will play a pivotal role in designing implementing and maintaining infrastructure monitoring solutions using tools like Ansible Grafana Zabbix New Relic and Dynatrace. With a hybrid work model and rotational shifts the candidate will ensure optimal system performance and reliability contributing to the companys success in the Media and Entertainment domain. 3. Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain infrastructure monitoring solutions using Grafana Zabbix New Relic and Dynatrace to ensure system reliability and performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure issues ensuring seamless operations. - Analyze system performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize resource utilization and application performance. - Implement proactive monitoring strategies to detect and address potential system bottlenecks before they impact operations. - Configure and customize monitoring dashboards to provide real-time visibility into critical infrastructure components. - Conduct root cause analysis for system incidents and recommend solutions to prevent recurrence. - Provide technical expertise in integrating monitoring tools with existing infrastructure and applications. - Document monitoring configurations processes and best practices to ensure knowledge transfer and operational consistency. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in monitoring technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system monitoring capabilities. - Collaborate with stakeholders in the Media and Entertainment domain to align monitoring solutions with business requirements. - Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards while implementing monitoring solutions. - Support rotational shifts to provide 24/7 monitoring coverage and address critical incidents promptly. - Contribute to the companys mission by ensuring infrastructure reliability enabling seamless delivery of services to customers. Qualifications - - Possess strong expertise in Grafana Zabbix New Relic and Dynatrace with hands-on experience in configuring and managing these tools. - Demonstrate a solid understanding of infrastructure monitoring concepts and best practices. - Have experience in analyzing performance metrics and providing optimization recommendations. - Exhibit familiarity with the Media and Entertainment domain which is a nice-to-have skill for aligning solutions with industry-specific needs. - Showcase excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform root cause analysis effectively. - Display strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Bring a proactive approach to identifying and resolving system issues before they impact operations. - Demonstrate adaptability to rotational shifts and hybrid work models. - Possess a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 7 years of relevant experience in infrastructure monitoring and development. - Exhibit a commitment to staying updated with the latest monitoring technologies and trends. - Showcase the ability to document processes and configurations for operational consistency. 9.
