Job Summary
The Sr. Developer role requires 7 to 10 years of experience in SuccessFactors technologies including SAP Jam BizX Mobile and Learning modules. The candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on delivering impactful solutions for the Media and Entertainment domain during day shifts.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable solutions using SuccessFactors SAP Jam BizX Mobile and Learning modules to meet business requirements in the Media and Entertainment domain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SuccessFactors implementations.
- Optimize existing SuccessFactors configurations to enhance system performance and user experience for Media and Entertainment workflows.
- Provide technical expertise in integrating SuccessFactors modules with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of SuccessFactors solutions to ensure reliability and compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all SuccessFactors configurations customizations and integrations to support ongoing system maintenance.
- Offer guidance and support to end-users ensuring they can effectively utilize SuccessFactors tools for their daily operations.
- Stay updated on the latest SuccessFactors features and trends to recommend innovative solutions that align with business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the Media and Entertainment domain.
- Ensure all SuccessFactors solutions adhere to data security and privacy regulations safeguarding sensitive information.
- Provide training sessions and workshops for team members and end-users to maximize the adoption of SuccessFactors tools.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of SuccessFactors solutions within the defined scope and budget.
Qualifications
- Possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SuccessFactors SAP Jam BizX Mobile and Learning modules.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in the Media and Entertainment domain understanding its unique workflows and requirements.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges in SuccessFactors implementations.
