JOB SUMMARY

About the Role:-

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Developer to join our growing team. You will design, configure, and extend our CRM platform — building integrations, plugins, and custom solutions that power critical business workflows. If you thrive at the intersection of business process and technical architecture, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE to meet evolving business requirements
• Build and maintain integrations using Web API, REST, OData, Power Automate Connectors, and SOAP services
• Develop and deploy plugins and custom workflows to extend platform functionality
• Implement security models and authentication frameworks following best-practice governance standards
• Design and automate business processes using Power Automate
• Leverage Agentic AI tools (Copilot preferred) to enhance productivity and platform intelligence
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Maintain documentation and adhere to coding standards throughout the development lifecycle

Must Have:-

• Dynamics 365 CE configuration and customization
• Integration (Web API, REST, OData, Power Automate Connectors and SOAP services)
• Plugins development
• .NET, C#, JavaScript
• Security & Authentication
• Power Automate
• 1 Agentic AI tool (Copilot preferred)

• Front end: Angular, Bootstrap, React, PCF, HTML/CSS
