Title : Network Support engineer
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 6 to 10 years of expertise in Load Balancing Switching & Routing Cisco and Wireless technologies. The ideal candidate will contribute to designing implementing and maintaining robust infrastructure solutions while ensuring seamless operations in a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable networking solutions to support the organizations infrastructure needs.
- Configure and manage load balancing systems to optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
- Oversee the setup and maintenance of Cisco switching and routing systems to ensure efficient data flow across the network.
- Provide expertise in wireless technologies to enhance connectivity and user experience across the organization.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal system functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure solutions with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations processes and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement necessary measures to safeguard the network.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve infrastructure capabilities and streamline operations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders to address infrastructure-related challenges effectively.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices and standards in all aspects of infrastructure management.
- Work closely with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and quality of infrastructure components.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure processes and systems to drive innovation and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate strong expertise in Networking including VPC design security groups and network peering.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of load balancing technologies such as ELB ALB or NLB and their configurations.
- Exhibit proficiency in Cisco switching and routing protocols including VLANs OSPF and BGP.
- Showcase hands-on experience in wireless technologies including access point configuration and troubleshooting.
- Have a solid understanding of network security principles and practices to ensure data protection.
- Familiarity with domain skills in Cards & Payments is a plus providing insights into industry-specific infrastructure needs.
- Display excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Show adaptability to hybrid work models and the ability to manage tasks independently.
- Possess a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with emerging technologies and trends.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines.

Compensation: We are offering an annual salary of $75,000-$90,000.
