About the role
As a Lead Facets G6 AWS Implementation Consultant, you will make an impact by leading the design, setup, and delivery of TriZetto Facets G6 environments deployed on AWS. You will own environment build‑out, configuration, validation, and go‑live readiness for containerized Facets solutions running on AWS EKS.
This is a remote position, open to qualified applicants.
In this role, you will:
- Lead end‑to‑end Facets G6 implementations on AWS, from design through go‑live readiness
- Own implementation standards, build patterns, and configuration approaches
- Serve as the primary technical lead guiding implementation teams
- Configure and validate Facets G6 components, including Task Controller, regions, batch engines, and services
- Ensure readiness across DEV, SIT, UAT, PERF, and PROD environments
- Drive implementation validation, environment health checks, and cutover readiness
- Use kubectl, AWS CLI, and PowerShell (pwsh) for hands‑on execution and validation
- Partner with cloud, DevOps, DBA, and Facets functional teams
- Ensure clean handover to operations or AMS teams post go‑live
Work model

What you need to have to be considered
- 10+ years of healthcare IT experience
- Strong hands‑on experience delivering TriZetto Facets implementations (G6 preferred)
- Proven experience leading cloud‑based Facets platform builds
- Advanced CLI experience (kubectl, AWS CLI, PowerShell)
- Experience with AWS EKS‑based environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills
These will help you stand out
- Extensive experience implementing Facets G6 on AWS
- Experience with Facets upgrades or cloud migrations
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform)
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $130K-$155K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
