Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Active Directory SME to support enterprisescale identity and directory services within Microsoft collaboration and cloud environments The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of AD architecture migrations authentication flows and hybrid identity dependencies


Responsibilities

Manage and optimize onprem Active Directory infrastructure including replication DNS DHCP GPOs and domain security

Support AD modernization projects including restructuring consolidation and domainforest migrations

Work closely with identity and cloud teams to ensure AD readiness for Microsoft 365 workloads

Maintain AAD Connect synchronization health troubleshoot identity sync issues and manage hybrid identity footprints

Perform AD health assessments remediation RBAC security hardening and lifecycle management

Support authentication services such as Kerberos NTLM SAML ADFS and certificatebased authentication

Troubleshoot directory issues that impact collaboration services such as Exchange Teams and SharePoint

Maintain detailed documentation of AD architecture changes and operational procedures

Participate in incidentproblem management and support production operations

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Active Directory DNS DHCP Group Policies AD replication

Proficiency in AAD Connect hybrid identity models and directory migration tools

Understanding of Azure AD basics authentication protocols and security best practices

Advanced troubleshooting skills and PowerShell scripting experience

Experience with AD consolidation and domain restructuring in large enterprises
