Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Modern Workplace Collaboration Architect specializing in SharePoint Online OneDrive for Business and Microsoft Teams This role involves designing scalable collaboration platforms driving governance and ensuring modern secure user experiences


Responsibilities

Design and implement enterprisewide collaboration architecture using SharePoint Online OneDrive and Teams

Lead largescale content migration initiatives including discovery remediation and execution

Define governance frameworks for information architecture security retention and lifecycle

Work with business stakeholders to design collaboration workflows metadata models and sharing strategies

Optimize Teams architecture including channel structure app policies meeting configurations and compliance

Implement automation with PowerShell Graph API or Power Platform components

Troubleshoot integration issues across SharePoint OneDrive sync Teams and identitysecurity layers

Develop detailed documentation including site taxonomy provisioning models and governance guidelines

Stay updated with Microsoft roadmap and adopt new collaboration features

Required Skills

Indepth knowledge of SharePoint Online OneDrive Teams architecture and administration

Handson experience with SharePoint migration tools ShareGate Quest etc

Strong understanding of governance compliance retention labels and DLP

Experience in automation scripting and APIbased integrations

Excellent communication and solution design skills
