Job Summary

This role involves leading technical initiatives in data analytics governance security migration and integration within a hybrid work model. The candidate will leverage AWS services and big data technologies to drive impactful solutions ensuring compliance and optimizing data processes for business success.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of data analytics solutions to support business objectives and decision-making processes.
  • Oversee data governance strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • Provide expertise in data security protocols to safeguard sensitive information and mitigate risks.
  • Manage data migration projects ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions to operations.
  • Develop and maintain data models that optimize storage retrieval and analysis of structured and unstructured data.
  • Utilize AWS services to build scalable reliable and efficient data processing systems.
  • Facilitate data integration processes to unify disparate data sources and enhance accessibility for stakeholders.
  • Implement big data technologies to handle large-scale datasets and extract actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business requirements and goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate system performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards.
  • Document technical processes and solutions to maintain transparency and facilitate knowledge sharing. Qualifications
  • Demonstrate proficiency in data analytics governance security migration and modeling to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Exhibit strong expertise in AWS services and big data technologies to drive efficient data processing.
  • Possess knowledge of data integration techniques to unify and streamline access to information.
