The Business Manager role requires a seasoned professional with 16 to 20 years of experience in managing technical and domain-specific projects. The candidate will oversee operations related to Microsoft Active Directory Azure AD and supply chain management ensuring seamless integration and optimization. This hybrid role demands expertise in Azure MFA ADFS and Conditional Access with a focus on delivering impactful solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the implementation and administration of Microsoft Active Directory and Azure AD environments to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Develop and execute strategies for Azure MFA and Azure AD Conditional Access to enhance authentication and access control mechanisms.
  • Provide technical expertise in configuring and maintaining ADFS systems to support seamless single sign-on experiences.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Active Directory environments to ensure high availability and reliability of directory services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Microsoft Entra ID solutions into existing infrastructure and workflows.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize directory services and identity management processes ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to Azure AD and Active Directory minimizing downtime and disruptions.
  • Design and implement scalable solutions for identity and access management aligning with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on best practices for directory services and identity management.
  • Work closely with supply chain teams to align technical solutions with domain-specific requirements in consumer goods and supply chain management.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Active Directory configurations policies and procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in supply chain operations.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and protocols while managing directory services and identity solutions. Qualifications
  • Possess advanced expertise in Azure MFA Azure AD Conditional Access ADFS and Microsoft Active Directory administration.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID solutions and their integration into enterprise environments.
  • Have strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
  • Exhibit knowledge of supply chain management principles particularly in the consumer goods domain as a nice-to-have skill.
  • Showcase excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bring a proven track record of managing hybrid work models and delivering results in day shifts.
  • Demonstrate the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives for maximum impact.
  • Possess a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Have experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation for knowledge sharing and continuity.
