AWS Data Lead
Job Summary
This role involves designing and implementing scalable and efficient solutions using AWS services and Python for the Cards and Payments domain. The associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal system performance and contribute to the company’s innovative solutions in a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust architectures using Amazon RDS AWS EC2 and Amazon S3 to support scalable and efficient systems for the Cards and Payments domain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions that align with business objectives.
- Develop and optimize Python-based applications to enhance system functionality and ensure seamless integration with AWS services.
- Provide technical expertise in the Cards and Payments domain ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Conduct performance analysis and implement improvements to ensure high availability and reliability of systems.
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of cloud-based solutions ensuring security and scalability.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and enhance user experience.
- Document architectural designs processes and workflows to ensure clarity and consistency across teams.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the Cards and Payments domain.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AWS technologies and the Cards and Payments industry to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to the companys hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office collaboration effectively.
- Contribute to the companys mission by delivering solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive societal impact.
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in Amazon RDS AWS EC2 and Amazon S3 with a proven track record of designing and implementing cloud-based solutions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Python programming with experience in developing scalable and efficient applications.
- Have in-depth knowledge of the Cards and Payments domain including industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
- Showcase strong communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
- Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with advancements in technology and industry trends.
- Hold a minimum of 10 years and a maximum of 14 years of relevant experience in architecture and solution design.
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office collaboration effectively.
