Job Summary
This role focuses on designing and implementing enterprise-level data architecture solutions while ensuring data security and compliance. The Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data migration modeling and security processes supporting IT business needs and user access management in a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in data modeling data migration enterprise architecture and data security with a proven track record of successful implementations.Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of user access and identity management processes ensuring secure and efficient system access.Exhibit proficiency in IT business support with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.Showcase experience in IT security including identifying vulnerabilities and implementing preventive measures.Hold a minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant fields with a maximum of 12 years ensuring a balance of expertise and adaptability.Display excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Bring a proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop innovative solutions.Demonstrate familiarity with regulatory compliance standards related to data security and privacy.Possess strong analytical skills to monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.Exhibit a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and technologies.Showcase the ability to work independently and as part of a team ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.Bring a customer-focused mindset ensuring that architectural solutions meet business needs and enhance user experiences.
