About the role:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will make an impact by driving requirement leadership and solution delivery across client transformation and digital programs. You will be a valued member of the Consulting team and work collaboratively with client stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to ensure successful solution outcomes.
In this role, you will:
• Serve as the primary Business Analyst for client engagements, acting as a bridge between business and technology teams
• Lead the end‑to‑end requirements lifecycle, including documentation, traceability, and alignment to business value
• Facilitate client workshops, design sessions, and governance forums to define solutions and drive decision‑making
• Partner with Agile teams to support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery execution
• Support UAT activities, including test case validation, defect triage, and business sign‑off
Work model:

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office. What you need to have to be considered:
• 7–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst within IT or consulting environments
• Strong client‑facing communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
• Experience leading requirements gathering and producing key artifacts (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows)
• Hands‑on experience with Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid delivery models
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or Miro
These will help you stand out:
• Experience in Healthcare or Life Sciences domains
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows, and enterprise systems
• Experience working in onsite‑offshore delivery models
• Certifications such as SAFe PO/PM, CBAP, CCBA, or PMI‑PBA
• Exposure to pre‑sales, solutioning, or consulting frameworks
