Salesforce Tech Lead
Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Build and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices, scalability, and security standards.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; perform unit testing and participate in peer code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing Salesforce implementations for performance and reliability.
- Work closely with Salesforce Administrators, Business Analysts, and QA teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with business needs.
What You Need to Have to Be Considered
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns.
- Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Analytics, and Skuid.
- Experience using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Proven experience leading technical design decisions in complex Salesforce implementations.
- Ability to effectively translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
