CyberSecurity Specialist- IAM
About the Role
As a CyberSecurity Specialist, you will make an impact by designing, implementing, and optimizing secure Identity & Access Management solutions that safeguard enterprise assets, enhance operational resilience, and ensure compliant access for a diverse global workforce. You will be a valued member of the Cybersecurity team and work collaboratively with security operations, infrastructure, risk, compliance, and audit stakeholders across a dynamic hybrid work environment.
In This Role, You Will:
- Lead end-to-end IAM architecture — design and implement secure identity and access management solutions using Microsoft Entra ID, ensuring full alignment with enterprise security policies and regulatory expectations to protect critical assets and data.
- Own conditional access governance — develop and maintain conditional access policies in Microsoft Entra ID that balance robust security controls with a seamless user experience, minimizing operational friction across all business units.
- Manage identity lifecycle operations — administer provisioning, deprovisioning, and access change processes in Microsoft Entra ID to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant access for all user populations at every stage of the employee journey.
- Drive access reviews and certifications — conduct regular access review campaigns leveraging Microsoft Entra ID capabilities to identify and remediate inappropriate entitlements and measurably reduce the risk of unauthorized access.
- Detect, investigate, and respond — perform in-depth analysis of authentication and authorization events in Microsoft Entra ID audit logs to identify anomalies, investigate security incidents, and recommend actionable preventive improvements.
This position requires Dutch or EU Citizenship due to project compliance requirement.

What You Need to Have to Be Considered
- 6–10 years of cybersecurity or identity management experience, with a strong focus on planning, implementing, and operating enterprise-grade IAM solutions.
- Deep, hands-on expertise in Microsoft Entra ID — including configuration, administration, policy management, identity lifecycle, and access governance capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability to interpret complex identity-related issues, audit logs, and metrics, and translate findings into clear, actionable remediation steps.
These Will Help You Stand Out
- Practical exposure to IT operations or service management environments, managing IAM workloads with a focus on stability, repeatable processes, and continuous improvement.
- Experience integrating Microsoft Entra ID with SIEM platforms, monitoring tools, or security operations workflows to improve incident detection and response.
