Job Summary:
Join a high-impact team at the intersection of healthcare and technology, supporting US-based healthcare clients from our Philippines operations hub. As Presales Solutions Manager – US Healthcare, you will be the technical and solutions backbone of our sales organisation, crafting compelling, compliant, and commercially sound proposals for health systems, payers, and healthcare technology companies across the United States.
This role is ideal for a seasoned presales professional with deep knowledge of the US healthcare ecosystem – including clinical workflows, revenue cycle management, health IT interoperability (HL7/FHIR), and regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA. You will work US-aligned hours from the Philippines, partnering closely with North American sales executives to win strategic deals through exceptional solution design, demonstrations, and RFP responses. This is a rare opportunity to make a significant mark in a globally expanding healthcare technology practice.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead presales engagements for US healthcare clients – including needs discovery, solution scoping, architecture design, and tailored product demonstrations aligned to clinical and operational workflows.
· Develop and deliver high-quality RFP/RFI responses, statements of work, and solution proposals that clearly articulate value, compliance adherence (HIPAA, HITECH), and ROI for health systems, payers, and healthcare BPO clients.
· Partner with US-based sales executives and account managers to develop win strategies, qualification frameworks, and competitive differentiation positioning for each opportunity.
· Configure and maintain demo environments and proof-of-concept builds specific to US healthcare use cases such as revenue cycle management, prior authorisation, claims processing, and clinical documentation.
· Act as a subject matter expert and internal resource for the product and delivery teams, feeding back market insights, client requirements, and competitive intelligence from the US healthcare market.
· Support contract and commercial negotiations by providing technical clarifications, solution validation, and compliance assurances during client discussions.
· Maintain and continuously update a presales knowledge base covering US healthcare solution assets, battle cards, case studies, and compliance documentation.
· Work on a US-aligned schedule (night or flexible shift from Philippines) to support real-time client engagements, workshops, and solution presentations with North American stakeholders.
Key Skills and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Nursing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA with a healthcare focus is a significant advantage.
· Relevant certifications such as CPHIMS (Certified Professional in Health Informatics and Information Management), RHIA, or vendor-specific credentials (e.g., Epic certification, AWS Healthcare Competency) are highly regarded.
· Extensive experience in a presales, solutions consulting, or technical sales role within the US healthcare technology sector (e.g., health IT, healthcare BPO, RCM, clinical informatics, or payer/provider platforms).
· Strong knowledge of the US healthcare ecosystem including payer/provider dynamics, revenue cycle management, prior authorisation, claims adjudication, and clinical documentation workflows.
· Strong understanding of US healthcare regulatory and compliance frameworks: HIPAA, HITECH, ACA, ICD-10, and CMS requirements.
· Good command of healthcare data interoperability standards: HL7 v2/v3, FHIR, EDI 837/835/270/271 transactions.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex technical solutions clearly to US-based clinical, operational, and executive audiences.
· Good ability to craft high-quality RFP/RFI responses and solution proposals independently and under tight US-timezone deadlines.
· Nice to Have:
o Hands-on experience with major EHR/EMR platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech, athenahealth) or payer platforms (e.g., Facets, QNXT).
o Familiarity with healthcare AI/ML use cases such as predictive analytics, prior authorisation automation, or NLP-driven clinical documentation.
o Prior experience working in or directly supporting US clients in a night-shift or offshore delivery model from the Philippines.
o Knowledge of value-based care models, population health management, or accountable care organisation (ACO) frameworks.
