About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Architect to lead cybersecurity and privacy governance for our Digital Experience (DX) organization. This strategic role focuses on defining governance models, formulating policies, and establishing technical guardrails for our connected products ecosystem. You will serve as the primary interface between the DX organization and key stakeholders including Group CISO, Data Privacy Office, and Digital Process & Tools Excellence functions.

What you will do

  • Define and implement cybersecurity and privacy governance models for the Digital Experience organization.

  • Formulate and drive stakeholder alignment on long-term cybersecurity and privacy governance strategy.

  • Develop, maintain, and promote adoption of technical guardrails, policies, and processes.

  • Engage in detailed formulation of cybersecurity controls within the commercial launch process for connected appliances.

  • Support automation of cybersecurity governance through formulation of control sets and tooling.

  • Monitor globally evolving best practices and regulatory requirements (OWASP, NIS-2, ISO).

  • Conduct cybersecurity reviews and propose architecture improvements, ensuring security-by-design.

  • Identify and communicate current and emerging cybersecurity threats and recommend remedies.

To make this happen you need to have

  • Over 5 years of experience in cybersecurity governance related to digital product development.

  • Strong understanding of core cybersecurity principles and IoT ecosystems architecture.

  • Expertise in advanced cybersecurity topics: security hardening, data protection, IAM, threat modelling, and regulatory frameworks (RED, NIS-2, CRA).

  • Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, OWASP; professional certification such as CISSP, CISA, or CRISC.

  • Experience developing and maintaining cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls in a large global organization.

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and collaborative approach.
