About the role

As a Senior Unqork Developer / Lead, you will make an impact by leading the design and delivery of scalable, high-quality digital solutions using the Unqork platform. You will be a valued member of the technology team and work collaboratively with architects, business analysts, SMEs, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate client requirements into robust technical solutions.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of complex modules or full workstreams on the Unqork platform
  • Design, develop, and integrate application components ensuring performance, security, and scalability
  • Mentor and guide developers and senior developers, fostering high-quality delivery standards
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to clarify scope, refine requirements, and remove ambiguity
  • Drive innovation by building reusable assets, improving processes, and contributing to delivery excellence

Work model

We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a Remote position.

The working arrangements for this role are accurate as of the date of posting and may change based on project and business requirements.

What you need to have to be considered

  • 9–13 years of overall IT experience with at least 4+ years of hands-on Unqork experience
  • Strong expertise in Unqork, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and Nunjucks
  • Proven experience leading technical delivery, including design, development, and integration
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SMEs, BAs, and architects
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Unqork Certified Associate Configurator certification

These will help you stand out

  • Experience in the Insurance domain
  • Strong understanding of emerging technology trends and their business impact
  • Demonstrated thought leadership (e.g., reusable frameworks, whitepapers, or innovation initiatives)
  • Experience engaging with clients or onsite coordinators to drive alignment and delivery clarity
  • Proven track record of process improvements and productivity enhancements
