Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand business processes related to payroll.
• Design and implement Workday Payroll integration solutions, including inbound and outbound interfaces, data conversions, and custom reports.
• Configure Workday Payroll system settings and parameters to align with client requirements.
• Develop and maintain integration documentation, including technical specifications, design documents, and test plans.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for payroll integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, working closely with cross-functional teams and vendors as needed.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Workday Payroll integrations, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Stay updated on Workday product releases and enhancements, incorporating new features into existing integrations as applicable.
• Train client teams on Workday Payroll integration processes and best practices.
Requirements:
• Workday HCM and Payroll certification preferred.
• Proven experience with Workday Payroll integration projects, including EIBs, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connect.
• Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, and other Workday integration tools.
• Experience with web services (SOAP, REST), XML, XSLT, and other integration technologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results on time.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
