About the role
The Techno-Functional Lead will support Oracle EBS applications for a key client engagement with Regeneron. This role requires working closely with the client team onsite in Sleepy Hollow, NY, managing production support, enhancements, and ensuring seamless coordination between onshore and offshore teams to maintain business-critical applications.
In this role you will
- Support Oracle EBS applications as part of the Run & Maintain team
- Triage and resolve production incidents, ensuring minimal business disruption
- Work on enhancements and system improvements aligned to business needs
- Act as the primary interface with client stakeholders for support and issue tracking
- Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of issues
- Provide functional and technical support across procurement-related modules
- Drive continuous improvement in support processes and system performance

What you need to have to be considered
- Strong techno-functional experience in Oracle EBS Procurement modules
- Must-have module expertise: Purchasing, iProcurement, Inventory, Order Management
- Good-to-have exposure: Accounts Payable (AP) / Payables
- Technical skills in PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, and Workflows
- Experience in production support, incident management, and enhancements
- Proven ability to work with offshore teams in a distributed model
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $83,250 – $112,500, depending on experience and qualifications.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to plan terms.
