Job Summary -
Test Manager role in a multinational company requiring thirteen to seventeen years of experience in enterprise scale quality assurance and test management. The role focuses on planning, executing, and governing end to end testing for web services and complex business applications using agile practices and worked on huge digital transformation projects in Telcom industry. The Test Manager will work from office in a day shift model, collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure reliable delivery of features that support business objectives

- Zephyr + Jira
- API Testing (Postman/SoapUI)
- SQL/Data Validation
- Arabic communication skills
- Large-scale digital transformation program experience
Responsibilities-
-Drive comprehensive test strategy and planning for complex application ecosystems by aligning test scope, timelines, and quality goals with stakeholder expectations and agile delivery roadmaps
-Oversee functional, integration, system, and regression testing activities for web services and business applications to ensure reliable behavior and consistent user experience across environments
-Coordinate agile test processes using iterative planning, backlog refinement, and continuous feedback loops to optimize test coverage and accelerate defect detection
-Manage test design and execution in Zephyr by organizing test cases, suites, and cycles so that traceability to requirements, user stories, and defects is maintained and easily auditable
-Utilize Jira to track defects, user stories, and testing progress while ensuring that test related workflows remain transparent and that status updates are communicated clearly to product and engineering teams
-Apply Git based version control practices within the testing ecosystem by collaborating with development teams on branch usage and promoting reliable test asset management and reproducibility of test results
-Conduct web services and API testing using tools such as Postman and SoapUI while validating request and response structures, error handling, and performance aspects of Rest API interfaces
-Perform detailed SQL based data validation to confirm data integrity, transformation accuracy, and alignment between front end behavior and back end data stores across all relevant test scenarios
-Provide risk based test coverage by prioritizing test scenarios around critical business functions such as perform rating workflows and by highlighting potential customer and operational impacts of defects
-Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and developers to refine acceptance criteria, clarify requirements, and ensure that test outcomes directly support business value realization
-Document clear and concise test reports including defect trends, root cause observations, and release readiness assessments that support informed decision making by management and project stakeholders
-Mentor team members in modern testing practices, agile ceremonies, and effective use of tools while promoting a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and shared ownership of outcomes
-Communicate test plans, progress, and quality risks fluently in Arabic and English to bridge regional stakeholder expectations and support effective cross country collaboration in a work from office environment
