- Lead the product engineering team in developing cutting-edge solutions that integrate machine learning and artificial intelligence to optimize CRM-Sales processes - Oversee the strategic planning and execution of product development initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals - Provide guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for product enhancements and drive continuous improvement - Ensure the delivery of high-quality products by implementing best practices in software development and project management - Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product strategy and prioritize development efforts - Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives - Monitor and report on product performance using analytics to drive decision-making and optimize outcomes - Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams to ensure seamless integration of product features - Implement processes to streamline product development and reduce time-to-market - Drive innovation by staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all product development activities - Champion a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the product engineering team.
