As a Sr. Product Engineer you will play a pivotal role in driving product innovation and development within our organization. You will leverage your expertise in machine learning and artificial intelligence to enhance our CRM-Sales solutions. Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of advanced product features using machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies - Oversee the integration of CRM-Sales solutions to optimize customer relationship management processes - Provide strategic insights to enhance product functionality and align with market demands - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and implementation - Analyze user feedback and market trends to inform product enhancements and future developments - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for product specifications and updates - Ensure product compliance with industry standards and regulations - Utilize analytics to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement - Drive innovation by researching emerging technologies and incorporating them into product development - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate teams on new product features and technologies - Monitor product lifecycle and manage updates to ensure optimal performance - Implement best practices for product engineering to enhance efficiency and quality - Support the sales team by providing technical expertise during client engagements -Qualifications - Possess a strong background in machine learning and artificial intelligence with practical application experience - Demonstrate proficiency in CRM-Sales solutions and their integration into business processes - Have a strategic mindset with the ability to lead product innovation and development - Exhibit excellent analytical skills with experience in utilizing analytics for product enhancement - Show capability in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve product goals - Display strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and training facilitation
