Responsibilities : -Support sales teams by preparing accurate data driven reports in MS Excel that enable informed decision making and effective account planning -Analyze sales performance metrics in spreadsheets to identify trends opportunities and risks that influence quarterly and annual targets -Maintain clean and well structured sales related data in MS Excel to ensure reliable forecasting and pipeline visibility for regional and global stakeholders -Coordinate with internal teams in a hybrid work model to gather inputs for quotes proposals and customer responses while maintaining consistent service quality -Prepare and update standardized sales templates trackers and dashboards in spreadsheets to streamline recurring activities and reduce manual effort -Respond to routine sales support inquiries by providing timely data clarifications and documentation that improve internal partner satisfaction -Support the creation of business review materials in MS Excel and other office tools that present complex information in a clear and concise manner for leadership consumption -Collaborate with finance operations and supply chain teams to reconcile sales numbers orders and billing records ensuring alignment between systems and reports -Assist in validating data used in pricing discount approvals and promotional activities to minimize errors and protect margin objectives -Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by documenting recurring issues in sales support workflows and suggesting data driven enhancements -Utilize strong attention to detail to verify accuracy of customer information product details and transaction records captured in various sales support trackers -Adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic multinational environment by organizing tasks in MS Excel based task lists and status logs for transparent progress tracking -Engage with colleagues in a hybrid setting through virtual and onsite collaboration to share insights from data analysis that enhance customer outcomes and company growth -Qualifications -Possess hands on experience using MS Excel including functions pivot tables and basic data analysis to manage and interpret sales or operational datasets -Demonstrate the ability to learn telecom concepts where exposure to 3G domain or similar technologies is considered a beneficial added skill -Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills that support clear explanation of spreadsheet findings to both technical and non technical stakeholders -Show capability to work effectively in a hybrid work model by managing time deliverables and collaboration tools within a structured day shift -Display problem solving aptitude by breaking down data issues identifying root causes in spreadsheets and proposing practical resolutions -Apply high standards of accuracy and integrity when handling customer and business data to support compliance with company and regulatory expectations -Illustrate eagerness to develop within sales and support functions by embracing feedback completing assigned trainings and actively expanding domain knowledge 9.
