Job Summary

Serve as a senior business analyst driving complex business transformation initiatives within a global organization translating strategic goals into actionable requirements while collaborating closely with cross functional teams. Utilize strong English speaking skills to facilitate clear communication workshops and stakeholder alignment in a work from office day shift environment.


Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive discovery sessions with business stakeholders to understand transformation objectives operational constraints and desired outcomes ensuring all perspectives are captured in clear and structured formats.
  • Drive end to end analysis of existing business processes by mapping workflows documenting pain points and identifying opportunities for simplification and value creation across functions.
  • Develop detailed business requirements user stories and acceptance criteria that precisely articulate the needs of business teams and are readily consumable by technology delivery partners.
  • Coordinate with product owners architects and delivery teams to refine requirements manage scope and ensure that proposed solutions align with strategic business transformation goals.
  • Facilitate workshops presentations and review meetings using fluent spoken English to align diverse stakeholder groups and to resolve ambiguities before solution design and build.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to validate business cases estimate benefits and track value realization from transformation initiatives over the project lifecycle.
  • Create clear and concise documentation including process maps operating models and impact assessments that support decision making by senior stakeholders and governance forums.
  • Collaborate with change management and training teams to ensure that process changes new capabilities and policy updates are communicated effectively to impacted users.
  • Support testing activities by clarifying business intent reviewing test scenarios and validating that delivered solutions meet agreed requirements and provide measurable business value.
  • Partner with finance and portfolio teams to monitor progress against transformation roadmaps highlighting risks dependencies and issues that could impact timelines or benefits.
  • Apply knowledge of high technology industry trends where relevant to benchmark practices propose innovative improvements and ensure that transformation initiatives remain competitive and future ready.
  • Champion continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned refining analysis methods and promoting reusable frameworks that accelerate future transformation projects.
  • Coordinate with global and cross functional partners in a work from office environment to maintain consistent communication rapid feedback cycles and timely resolution of open points.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate eight to ten years of progressive experience as a business analyst or similar role focused on complex business transformation programs in large organizations.
  • Exhibit strong spoken and written English communication skills that enable effective facilitation of meetings clear documentation and confident engagement with senior stakeholders.
  • Show proven ability to gather analyze and document business requirements using structured techniques such as process mapping use cases and user story creation.
  • Display hands on experience working within technology driven environments ideally in or adjacent to high technology domains with familiarity in digital products and modern platforms.
  • Illustrate experience collaborating closely with cross functional teams including technology operations finance and change management to deliver integrated transformation outcomes.
  • Highlight a track record of supporting or leading user acceptance testing including validation of solutions against business requirements and coordination of defect resolution.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to translate complex business challenges into clear solution options and well reasoned recommendations.
  • Show comfort working fully from office in a day shift schedule while maintaining flexibility to collaborate with global stakeholders through effective planning and communication.
