Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Executive for our B&L team with 12 to 18 months of experience. You will be responsible for reviewing and verifying online unsecured personal loan applications submitted by consumers through clients digital application portal. This is 100% onsite job in AFZ.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming telephone calls, online chats, and emails.

• Answer customers’ questions and ensure that customers receive superior customer service.

• Review online loan documentation for accuracy and completeness and contact customers to request additional documents if needed.

• Review online loan applications for fraud prevention and income verification.

• Contact applicants who have abandoned their online application in an attempt to help them finalize the process.

• Help monitor changes and improvements made to the loan origination system.

• Work with team to report system bugs and suggest potential enhancements.

• May perform additional functions depending on market demand and staffing in order to provide consistent quality customer service.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated through prior work experience, interview process, and on-the-job training, to communicate effectively with customers.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Ability to pay close attention to detail and maintain a high degree of accuracy.
