Job Summary
Associate has to take care of hands and feet support for Dedicated project in terms of End User issues and Asset allocation / Inventory management.
Responsibilities
Attending / troubleshooting issues related with the assets – hardware / software
Installation and management of Laptop including Operating system & hardware support.
OS and Application installation and troubleshooting
Coordinate for user issues with concerned team until resolution.
Keeping and updating the asset inventory of the project assets
Allocation / recovery of Assets – Chrome book, Monitor, Keyboard, Mose, etc
Closing Service Requests on the Service Now
Nice to Have Skills:
Work experience on Windows 11 in End user issue handling
Troubleshooting basic network connectivity
Working knowledge of Wi-Fi connectivity
Software installation.
Chrome OS knowledge
Experience on Service Now
