This is a remote position open to any qualified candidate living in the United States.
Purpose:
We provide an exceptional experience through people, services, and technology. Our service standards of Security Quality, Courtesy, and Efficiency ensure alignment within our organization. We design and deliver relevant and engaging content that increases healthcare industry knowledge and develops technical and soft skills that promote career development at all levels.
Essential Functions:

1. Leading the effort of onboarding new employees into the organization.

2. Facilitating classroom and virtual instructor led training.

3. Proposing and assisting in creation of new procedures, products, or offerings which indirectly or directly generate training revenue.

4. Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy of course materials and relevance to target audience.

5. Constructing curriculum development processes for both classroom based and VILT.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Information Systems or a related discipline. Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be taken into consideration in lieu of a degree.

Minimum of two years' experience in delivering training curriculum for adult learners, working within a process or project related field. Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, Salesforce, and Excel).

Demonstrated ability to deliver effective training, assist in process documentation and manage projects.

Ability to conduct research, collaborating with subject matter experts and gathering and interpreting relevant data.

Ability to write clear, concise explanations of complex concepts and engaging course content for a diverse audience of professionals.

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until August 14, 2026.
The annual salary for this position is between $60,000 - $65,000 depending on experience and other
qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and
subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
