About the role

As an EPS CFO, you will make an impact by leading the financial strategy and supporting execution of the EPS Service Line’s priorities. You will be a valued member of the Tech Services FP&A leadership team and work collaboratively with the Technology Services CFO, Corp FP&A Head, Service Line business leaders, delivery leaders, and commercial teams.

In this role, you will:

  • Own end-to-end P&L for the EPS Service Line, including a portfolio with revenue greater than $2B.

  • Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance reviews across the Service Line portfolio.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders by providing clear financial insights, options, and recommendations that support business decisions.

  • Analyze consolidated and practice-level P&L results against budget, forecast, and prior performance, highlighting growth drivers, risks, and opportunities.

  • Support deal shaping, pricing models, long-range forecasting, portfolio account health, and business cases for margin improvement, revenue growth, utilization, and talent planning.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of approximately 7–8 finance professionals while creating an inclusive and empowering work environment.

  • Improve, automate, and scale forecasting and reporting tools to increase efficiency and strengthen financial and operational ownership across practices.

What you need to have to be considered

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.

  • 15+ years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience, preferably with exposure to capital investing and management.

  • Prior experience as a Controller, CFO, or FP&A leader for a large-scale global IT or professional services organization.

  • Strong understanding of P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, KPI reporting, and executive-level business reviews.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Good knowledge of U.S. GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.

These will help you succeed

  • CA, CPA, or MBA in Finance.

  • Experience with PeopleSoft ESA and Oracle BI.

  • Experience leveraging AI tools such as Claude or Copilot to automate standard reports, tasks, forecasting, and reporting activities.
