About the role
As an EPS CFO, you will make an impact by leading the financial strategy and supporting execution of the EPS Service Line’s priorities. You will be a valued member of the Tech Services FP&A leadership team and work collaboratively with the Technology Services CFO, Corp FP&A Head, Service Line business leaders, delivery leaders, and commercial teams.
In this role, you will:
Own end-to-end P&L for the EPS Service Line, including a portfolio with revenue greater than $2B.
Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance reviews across the Service Line portfolio.
Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders by providing clear financial insights, options, and recommendations that support business decisions.
Analyze consolidated and practice-level P&L results against budget, forecast, and prior performance, highlighting growth drivers, risks, and opportunities.
Support deal shaping, pricing models, long-range forecasting, portfolio account health, and business cases for margin improvement, revenue growth, utilization, and talent planning.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of approximately 7–8 finance professionals while creating an inclusive and empowering work environment.
Improve, automate, and scale forecasting and reporting tools to increase efficiency and strengthen financial and operational ownership across practices.

What you need to have to be considered
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
15+ years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience, preferably with exposure to capital investing and management.
Prior experience as a Controller, CFO, or FP&A leader for a large-scale global IT or professional services organization.
Strong understanding of P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, KPI reporting, and executive-level business reviews.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Good knowledge of U.S. GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.

These will help you succeed
CA, CPA, or MBA in Finance.
Experience with PeopleSoft ESA and Oracle BI.
Experience leveraging AI tools such as Claude or Copilot to automate standard reports, tasks, forecasting, and reporting activities.
