About the Role
Cognizant is seeking an experienced E3PL Application Support professional to provide post-production support for E3PL warehouse management solutions. This role is responsible for ensuring timely issue resolution, maintaining SLA compliance, serving as the primary customer-facing support contact, and delivering end-to-end application support services. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a customer-focused mindset to drive operational stability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing end-to-end application support and service delivery.
· Triage, troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve production issues while coordinating with internal teams and third-party software vendors as needed.
· Support change management activities, including impact analysis, testing, deployment validation, and lower-environment testing.
· Prioritize and manage multiple support requests and competing business priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Lead and mentor a blended onsite and offshore support team, providing technical guidance, coaching, and knowledge transfer.
· Develop and maintain support documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Knowledge Base articles, change specifications, and support runbooks.

Required Qualifications
· 7+ years of hands-on experience supporting and implementing E3PL Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
· Strong understanding of E3PL application architecture, configuration, and design principles.
· Experience with labels, reporting, databases, EDI transactions, and system integrations.
· Ability to review, analyze, and critique system designs and configurations for supportability and performance.
Preferred Qualifications
· Infios (E3PL) Certification.
· Experience leading onsite and offshore support teams.
· Knowledge of warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and logistics environments.

Compensation and Benefits
Application Deadline: August 9, 2026
Salary Range: $100,000 – $115,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, subject to performance and applicable plan terms.
