Job Title: Salesforce OmniStudio Developer
Experience: 6-10 Years

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce OmniStudio Developer to design, develop, and implement industry-specific solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in OmniStudio, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity).

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop solutions using OmniStudio Components such as OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
  • Build scalable and reusable components to support business processes.
  • Integrate Salesforce with internal and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
  • Optimize OmniStudio components for performance and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices.
  • Support Agile development and deployment activities.

Required Skills

  • 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (Vlocity).
  • Strong expertise in:
    • OmniScripts
    • FlexCards
    • DataRaptors
    • Integration Procedures
    • Calculation Procedures
    • Data Mappers
  • Experience in Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and LWC.
  • Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
  • Understanding of Salesforce Security Model and Sharing Rules.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity).
  • Knowledge of Agentforce and Experience Cloud.
  • Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Telecom, or Insurance domains.
  • Salesforce OmniStudio Developer Certification.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in large-scale Salesforce transformation projects.
  • Exposure to DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
