Job Summary
The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for delivering reliable technical support to end users across Windows MacOS and mobile environments. The role includes troubleshooting hardware software Microsoft 365 Active Directory printers MFD devices meeting room technology and basic network issues. The position requires a service focused professional who can handle incidents service requests and user queries in a timely and effective manner.
Responsibilities
Provide first level and second level support for Windows 10 Windows 11 laptops desktops MacOS devices and mobile devices.
Install configure troubleshoot and support end user devices and standard business applications.
Resolve Microsoft 365 issues related to Outlook Teams OneDrive Office applications user access and synchronization.
Perform Active Directory support activities including account unlocks password resets group updates user access checks and basic profile troubleshooting.
Support printer and MFD services including device setup print queue troubleshooting driver installation scanner support and connectivity checks.
Assist with MacOS and mobile device support using JAMF where applicable.
Support software deployment patching device compliance and endpoint support activities using SCCM and MECM.
Provide basic support for Zoom Rooms and Webex Rooms including room checks meeting support audio troubleshooting video troubleshooting and connectivity issues.
Troubleshoot basic network problems including LAN WiFi VPN IP address issues and device connectivity.
Record all issues actions resolutions and follow ups accurately in the ticketing system.
Work with service desk teams infrastructure teams and vendors to resolve escalated issues.
Follow standard operating procedures and maintain quality service delivery.
