About the Role
As a SailPoint Developer, you will contribute to the design, development, configuration, integration, testing, and support of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). You will be a key member of the Identity and Access Management team, collaborating with security, infrastructure, cloud, application, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant identity solutions.
You will work under the guidance of senior technical leaders to support application onboarding, workflow development, provisioning integrations, lifecycle management, access governance, automation, and cloud identity governance initiatives across enterprise, SaaS, hybrid, and cloud environments. You will have the opportunity to innovate, improve workflows, and contribute to modernization initiatives while continuing to grow your technical expertise.
In This Role, You Will
- Develop, configure, test, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions.
- Configure and support Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle management processes and identity governance workflows.
- Develop IIQ workflows, rules, forms, tasks, reports, certifications, provisioning policies, and integrations.
- Configure ISC sources, identity profiles, transforms, lifecycle states, access profiles, workflows, provisioning policies, and event-driven processes.
- Onboard enterprise applications, cloud platforms, directories, databases, and authoritative sources into SailPoint environments.
- Support access requests, provisioning, de-provisioning, certifications, role management, entitlement governance, and access reviews.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SCIM, JDBC, LDAP, and Web Services.
- Perform identity aggregation, correlation, reconciliation, and identity data quality activities.
- Troubleshoot provisioning, aggregation, certification, workflow, connector, and integration issues.
- Participate in SailPoint upgrades, migrations, testing, release management, and cloud transformation initiatives.
- Develop automation scripts and reusable solutions to improve onboarding, governance, and operational processes.
- Collaborate with application, cloud, infrastructure, security, and IAM teams to deliver business outcomes.
What You Must Have to Be Considered
- 3–6 years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience.
- 2+ years of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) development experience.
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) / IdentityNow.
- Experience with application onboarding, connector configuration, provisioning, certifications, role management, and governance processes.
- Experience integrating SailPoint with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, ServiceNow, HR systems, cloud applications, and enterprise systems.
- Experience developing REST API, SCIM, JDBC, LDAP, and Web Service integrations.
- Experience supporting identity lifecycle management and access governance implementations.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.

- SailPoint IdentityIQ Development and Administration expertise.
- Knowledge of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) / IdentityNow.
- Java and BeanShell development experience.
- Experience with IIQ workflows, rules, forms, tasks, certifications, provisioning, and lifecycle management.
- Experience with ISC identity profiles, transforms, lifecycle states, access profiles, and workflows.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, SCIM, Web Services, JDBC, LDAP, SQL, and database concepts.
- Experience integrating with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, ServiceNow, Azure, and SaaS platforms.
- Understanding of SAML, OAuth, and OIDC protocols.
- Knowledge of Access Governance, RBAC, Entitlement Management, Certification Campaigns, and Cloud Identity Governance.
- SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer Certification.
- SailPoint Identity Security Cloud Certification.
- SailPoint Identity Security Cloud Professional Certification.
- Microsoft Azure / Entra ID Certification.
- CompTIA Security+.
