Job Summary
The Desktop Support Engineer will provide day to day technical support for end users across Windows 10 Windows 11 laptop desktop MacOS and mobile devices. The role includes support for Microsoft 365 Active Directory printers MFD devices collaboration rooms and basic network related issues. The engineer will ensure timely resolution of incidents maintain user satisfaction and support IT operations in a professional manner.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support for Windows 10 Windows 11 laptop desktop MacOS and mobile devices.
Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications user access issues email issues and basic configuration problems.
Manage user accounts groups password resets and access requests in Active Directory.
Support printer and MFD related incidents including connectivity driver issues and basic device troubleshooting.
Assist with device management and software deployment using JAMF SCCM and MECM.
Support Zoom and Webex Rooms for meeting room setup basic troubleshooting and user assistance.
Troubleshoot basic network issues including connectivity WiFi LAN and VPN related problems.
Log track and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed timelines.
Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors for issue resolution when required.
Maintain accurate documentation for tickets assets and troubleshooting steps.
