Job Summary

This role focuses on managing product information and master data for order management and trading processes within a multinational hybrid work environment. The specialist will ensure data accuracy consistency and compliance across systems supporting night shift operations while collaborating with cross functional teams to optimize retail and order workflows and enhance customer and business outcomes.


Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end product information and master data setup for order management and trading systems ensuring accurate attributes codes and lifecycle status for all product records across platforms.
  • Optimize order management workflows by analyzing trading and fulfillment data to recommend streamlined processes that reduce cycle times improve data reliability and support scalable retail operations.
  • Monitor daily night shift data processing jobs for product and order records to identify anomalies perform root cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions to protect downstream systems and reporting.
  • Implement robust data validation rules and quality checks for product and order master data ensuring consistency across hybrid work locations and alignment with internal governance standards.
  • Collaborate with technology and business teams to translate order management and trading requirements into clear data models mappings and rules that support seamless execution and reporting.
  • Document master data procedures for product onboarding order lifecycle updates and trading events to provide clear guidance for operations teams and ensure repeatable high quality data management practices.
  • Coordinate change requests for product info and master data including new attributes hierarchy changes and code updates to minimize business disruption and maintain a single trusted data source.
  • Analyze retail order patterns and data issues to propose improvements that reduce order exceptions enhance customer experience and strengthen the company mission of delivering reliable services to society.
  • Support integration testing for enhancements to order management and trading platforms by validating master data behavior and confirming that product and order flows operate as expected in night shift scenarios.
  • Provide timely data insights and reports on master data health key metrics and issue trends to enable informed decisions that improve operational efficiency and business performance.
  • Guide peers on best practices in product info and master data management by sharing practical examples that reinforce data stewardship and responsible use of information assets.
  • Align day to day data activities with company purpose by ensuring that accurate product and order information enables transparent trading reliable supply chains and better outcomes for customers and communities.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to product and trading data by regularly reviewing data standards and updating practices to meet evolving requirements.

    • Qualifications

  • Demonstrate strong hands on experience in order management and trading systems including configuration data handling and issue resolution over four to seven years in similar roles.
  • Apply practical knowledge of retail order processes and order management retail concepts to design master data setups that support promotions returns and complex fulfillment scenarios.
  • Use solid understanding of order domain concepts such as order capture pricing allocation and settlement to ensure that product info and master data structures enable end to end process integrity.
  • Exhibit proficiency in master data management tools relational databases or enterprise resource planning platforms to maintain large product catalogs and order related reference data.
  • Communicate clearly with cross functional stakeholders and document technical and process details in a structured way to support hybrid work collaboration during night shifts.
  • Demonstrate analytical skills and attention to detail when working with complex trading and order datasets using problem solving techniques to prevent recurring data issues.
  • Show adaptability to hybrid work and night shift requirements with disciplined time management and self organization to maintain high data accuracy and service quality without travel commitments.
