En tant qu'Administrateur.trice Hadoop, vous assurez l'exploitation et l'évolution d'une plateforme Hadoop (Cloudera) en environnement hybride (cloud privé et serveurs physiques), chez un acteur majeur du secteur bancaire.

Vous rejoignez Cognizant en CDD de 6 mois, pour débuter dès que possible.

Vos missions

  • Assurer l'installation, la configuration et la maintenance des clusters Hadoop (Cloudera)
  • Garantir la disponibilité, la performance et la sécurité de la plateforme
  • Automatiser les déploiements et le patching via Ansible et Terraform
  • Gérer les incidents et tickets liés à l'infrastructure Hadoop, avec un support technique de qualité
  • Piloter le change management (préparation, tests, rollback, coordination avec les parties prenantes)
  • Participer aux task forces sur les sujets techniques complexes
  • Contribuer à l'évolution de l'infrastructure et au déploiement de nouvelles fonctionnalités
  • Réaliser les montées de version majeures des composants Hadoop
  • Rédiger et maintenir la documentation technique
  • Collaborer avec Cloudera et les équipes internes

Profil recherché

Formation et expérience

  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en administration Hadoop / Big Data

Compétences techniques

  • Hadoop et son écosystème : Cloudera, HDFS, YARN, MapReduce, Hive
  • Outils d'automatisation : Ansible, Terraform
  • Environnements Linux et scripting Bash
  • Git, CI/CD
  • Monitoring : Kibana, VictoriaMetrics, Telegraf
  • Environnements hybrides (cloud privé et serveurs physiques)

Posture et mode de travail

  • Autonomie, rigueur et sens de la responsabilité
  • Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer avec des interlocuteurs variés
  • Calme et professionnalisme en gestion d'incident
  • Français courant, anglais professionnel oral et écrit exigés

Ce qui pourra faire la différence

  • Outils d'ingestion de données : Kafka, Nifi
  • Expérience en contexte bancaire ou secteur régulé

Modalités de travail

Poste hybride, basé en Île-de-France, présence sur site 3 jours par semaine.
