| Position Summary: |
| We are looking for an experienced Process Excellence Team Manager to lead a team of process improvement specialists, overseeing the execution of strategic transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of Six Sigma, Lean, and process automation, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and driving significant operational improvements. This role requires robust leadership capabilities and the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team and across functions. |
| Key Responsibilities: |
| Lead and manage a team of Process Excellence professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback. |
| Oversee the execution of multiple process improvement projects using Six Sigma, Lean, and other methodologies. |
| Champion the identification and implementation of automation opportunities using RPA, low-code platforms, and emerging technologies. |
| Drive the exploration and initial implementation of AI and Generative AI (Gen AI) initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. |
| Collaborate with business unit leaders to identify improvement areas, define project scopes, and ensure alignment with business objectives. |
| Develop and manage project pipelines, ensuring timely delivery and realization of quantifiable benefits. |
| Establish and maintain robust process documentation, SOPs, and governance frameworks. |
| Mentor and develop team members, building strong internal capabilities in process excellence and innovation. |
| Required Skills & Qualifications: |
| 8+ years of experience in process excellence, operations transformation, or a related domain, with 3+ years in a leadership role. |
| Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent. |
| Demonstrated success in leading and managing teams to deliver high-impact projects with measurable cost or efficiency gains. |
| Extensive hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate). |
| Practical exposure to AI and Gen AI technologies, including driving proof-of-concepts and initial implementations. |
| Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. |
| Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects. |
| Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills. |
| Preferred Attributes: |
| Experience managing remote or distributed teams. |
| Understanding of change management principles. |
| Familiarity with enterprise-level process architecture. |
