Job Location: Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Coimbatore,Hyderabad, Bangalore
Experience : 6 years to 13 years
Relevant exp : Minimum 2 years as Blue Prism Admin
Key Responsibilities
Platform Management - Manage user profiles, credentials, security permissions, and role-based access controls following enterprise security standards.
Process & Resource Monitoring: Monitor active schedules, bot performance, queue statuses, and resource pc health via Control Room.
Release Management: Promote, deploy, and migrate release packages (processes and objects) across Development, Test, and Production environments.
Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve runtime exceptions, infrastructure bottlenecks, database connectivity failures, and credential manager issues.
Collaboration: Coordinate with network, database, and security teams for server maintenance, Active Directory integration, and API gateway connections.
Understanding Process Studio, Control Room, Scheduling, Work Queues, Change Request, Bug Fixes, and Process Enhancement.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to successfully connect with technical and non-technical customers.
Experience as a developer, as well as monitoring and maintenance, is required.
AD01 Certified -Recommended.
Blue Prism software proficiency, including the understanding of its features, operations, and capabilities
Knowledge of software development methods like Agile and Waterfall
Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or a similar discipline is required.
Understanding development tools and procedures will assist in developing use cases and designing project requirements.
Ability to utilize critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment while managing several demands.
Work with cross-functional teams to create long-lasting apps.
