About the Role
As a Data Migration Lead, you will make an impact by leading the strategy, execution, and governance of a major ADMS Series 6 data migration program supporting utility clients across Europe. You will be a valued member of our Energy & Utilities Technology team and work collaboratively with utility stakeholders, ADMS architects, data engineers, and project leadership to ensure the successful consolidation of multiple utility systems into a single operational platform.

This is a highly visible role within a large grid modernization initiative, requiring both technical leadership and stakeholder management expertise. • Own the integrity, quality, governance, and successful delivery of utility network and SCADA data migrations.
• Design and oversee ETL architectures, migration methodologies, validation frameworks, and quality control processes.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Data Migration Engineers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish migration plans, priorities, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.
• Partner with utility stakeholders, architects, integration teams, and project leadership to ensure successful program delivery.
• Manage migration risks, dependencies, issues, and remediation plans.
• Lead data validation, testing, reconciliation, cutover planning, and deployment activities.
• Drive continuous improvement of migration processes, standards, and governance practices.
