  • Develop and configure AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Build conversational experiences, topics, prompts, and agent instructions.
  • Configure knowledge sources, grounding mechanisms, and agent actions.
  • Implement escalation paths and human-in-the-loop processes.
  • Support testing, tuning, and optimisation of agent performance.

Power Apps Development

  • Design and develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
  • Create intuitive user interfaces and business applications.
  • Implement business rules, validations, and user experience enhancements.
  • Integrate Power Apps with Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and external systems.

Power Automate Development

  • Develop and maintain cloud flows and automated business processes.
  • Build approval workflows, integrations, notifications, and orchestration flows.
  • Create and consume custom connectors and APIs.
  • Troubleshoot and optimise workflow performance and reliability.

.net or any other coding experience

  • Develop and maintain backend services
  • Build and integrate features for Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 workloads.
  • Implement integrations with Microsoft Graph API and other REST APIs.
  • Configure and manage authentication/authorization via Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams app development concepts, Copilot Studio
  • Experience with Microsoft Graph API integration.
  • Experience with Azure services (App Service/Functions, Key Vault, Managed Identity).
  • Practical experience with RESTful APIs, JSON serialization
  • Familiarity with Git, branching strategies, and code review practices.
  • Knowledge of containerization and cloud-native architecture patterns.

Data & Integration

  • Configure and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, and business logic.
  • Integrate with enterprise applications, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and third-party platforms.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance requirements are met.
  • Implement logging, monitoring, and error-handling mechanisms.

Testing & Deployment

  • Perform unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance support.
  • Participate in solution deployments and release activities.
  • Support application lifecycle management (ALM) and DevOps processes.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes.

Documentation & Collaboration

  • Produce technical documentation and configuration guides.
  • Participate in workshops, design discussions, and sprint ceremonies.
  • Collaborate with architects and business teams to translate requirements into working solutions.
