Salesforce Solution Architect

Location: Remote in USA
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Omni Studio, and Marketing Cloud to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions for Banking and Financial Services clients. The role requires strong architecture, integration, customer engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture and design.
- Design and implement solutions using Financial Services Cloud (FSC), OmniStudio, and Marketing Cloud
- Build customer onboarding, servicing, and engagement journeys using OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Journey Builder.
- Define integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and external banking systems.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce security, governance, and best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architecture governance.
Required Skills
- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
- OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio)
- Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow
- REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Architecture
- Banking or Financial Services domain experience
- Experience in Copado deployment ,Jira and Confluence ,Application monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Banking Domain with wealth experience will be great ,Exeperience in leading team and providing solutions ,Hands on is good to have, strong communication, problem solving skills
Preferred Certifications
- Salesforce Application Architect/System Architect
- Salesforce OmniStudio Consultant
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional
Nice to Have: Agentforce, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, MuleSoft, AI-powered customer engagement solutions.
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $ 150,000– $ 180,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
